Shannon's 5-Minute Spaghetti


2 pints cherry tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2 or 3 sprigs of fresh basil, oregano, or parsley (chopped)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Sprinkle with Papa Joe's Salt


This is one of my favorite recipes! Perfect for the busy person who wants a fast, flavor-packed dinner... it's called the 5-Minute Spaghetti.

1. Preheat the broiler and put the top rack 4 inches from the top.
2. Toss the tomatoes with the oil, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper. Spread them out on a rimmed baking sheet.
3. Broil until the skins start to crack & brown, about 5 minutes.
4. Lightly break up with potato masher. Serve over pasta!
