- 2 bags “No Sugar, All Natural” Dark Chocolate Cocoa Chips
- Coconut oil
- Dark roasted, UNSALTED, CHUNKY Almond Butter
- Salted Peanuts
- Papa Joe's Salt
- Muffin Cup Liners (Silicone muffin pans are great!)
Melt chocolate chips on low stirring constantly. Add a spoonful of coconut oil if melting process seems a bit tough.
Spoon some chocolate into muffin cups and set in freezer for 10 minutes or so.
Add a spoonful of the Almond Butter. Freeze again for another 10 min or until firm enough to form into a disc shape, and the melted chocolate covers better.
Add the rest of the melted chocolate.
Top with nuts, a drizzle of honey, and Papa Joe's Salt!
Let them sit in the fridge or freezer until firm .. ENJOY!
