Ingredients
6 Servings
2 grilled chicken breasts (2 cups chopped or shredded)
1/2 cup of Mayo
1 stalk of celery (chopped)
1 green onion diced (or chives or red onion)
1 tsp mustard (your choice- I love the Wasabi mustard!)
1/2 tsp of Papa Joe’s Salt
Optional: 1 tsp of fresh dill, Arugula, and thinly sliced radishes for garnish.
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
- Season with more Papa Joe’s Salt to taste.
- Squeeze fresh lemon for zest.
- Serve as a sandwich or over salad.
