- Shrimp (and scallops too of you want!)
- Red Onion
- Peppers ( I love Cubano Frying Peppers!)
- Globe or on the Vine Tomatoes
- Any vegetable of your choice!
- Cilantro (chopped)
- Lime (for fresh lime juice)
- Papa Joe's Jamaican Jerk S
Marinate shrimp with olive oil, fresh squeezed lime juice & Papa Joe's Salt Jamaican Jerk to taste.
Skewer vegetables and shrimp on separate kabobs, due to differentiated cooking times.
Grill vegetable kabobs first, and then the shrimp kabobs.
Serve over fluffy rice, topped with fresh cilantro & fresh lime juice.
Season again with Papa Joe's Salt Jamaican Jerk to taste.
