Papa Joe’s Boiled Peanuts

  • Papa Joe’s Salt
  • Kosher Salt
  • 1 lb. Peanuts ( NOT green)
  • Water


1. Fill crockpot about 3/4 of the way.
2. Fill the rest with water making sure peanuts are covered.
3. Add about 2T of kosher salt and about 1/8- 1/4 c of Papa Joe’s Salt.
4. Cook on high for 3 hours. Then check for saltiness/flavor...add more Papa Joe’ Salt if you want.
5. Cook for 3-5 more hours on high checking periodically for doneness and flavor.
