Cut Salmon into bite sized chunks. Heat cast iron skillet, griddle, or pan to a medium heat. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle Papa Joe's Salt Jamaican Jerk into your skillet. Place salmon chunks into the pan, flipping after a minute or two (it cooks fast!). Bites are ready when they have a crispy, golden brown exterior and a flaky, pink interior. Scoop out and serve over rice with sautéed scallions on top. Simple and delicious! ENJOY!
