To peel boiled eggs with the most ease, start eggs in "cold" water and bring to a boil. Once the water boils, set timer for 8 minutes. Rinse eggs in cold water and peel! Cut eggs in half and spoon out yolk into a mixing bowl. (Since I do not measure my ingredients, you will have to add and taste as you go to your liking!) Fry bacon (I like maple-flavored) until crispy, but not burnt. Place bacon on a paper towl to soak up some grease. Then crumple bacon into tiny bits. Mix with yolks, olive oil mayo, spicy brown mustard, wasabi horseradish, and Papa Joe's Salt. Spoon into egg halves & then sprinkle tops with a dash of Papa Joe's Salt! Yummy, and not too spicy!
